5 双方确定合作，签订正式合作合同，订货，交纳保证金以及货款；
6 客户提供店址的平面图、照片，公司设计部门进行设计；
7 筹备开业，策划开业活动，开业前公司安排专员去卖场进行陈列、培训等；
8 开业。
